Raising Bill is a major motion picture in the making. Written and Produced by Mark it is the story of a young man with the world at his finger tips when he is introduced to a young troubed youth who is desperately in need of a home and family. Life is forever changed for both. Assisting in the production is Maurice Smith, Executive Producer and Jeffrey Anderson Associate Producer.
